Return Window
- 7-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must provide an unedited unboxing video with the original, untorn packaging
- Original tags must be attached
- Must include original packaging
How to Return
- Log into your account and navigate to your orders
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Choose your return reason
- Print your prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your items securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refund & Replacement
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within
3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Replacement will be processed and shipped within
5–7 days of return.
Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
