At BeLilly, we strive to offer you the very best shopping experience. Our products undergo rigorous quality testing, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item or size being delivered, we'll do our best to resolve it promptly.
The artisans at BeLilly made each product with care. Due to the printing nature of our products, slight variations in color, and design from photos are natural and are part of their uniqueness. These are not considered defects but a testament to authentic craftsmanship.
If your customer ordered the wrong size or wants to return a product without any defects. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order. BeLilly is not responsible for wrong size returns by the customer and also deliveries signed by someone other than the customer or for damage after delivery (including stains, wear and tear, etc.).
Returns or refunds are not applicable for items purchased during sales or promotional offers.

Please include your Order ID, Videos of the product and packaging, proof of purchase, and the unboxing video. These are required for internal quality checks.
Once we review your request, we'll inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we'll arrange for return pickup (if serviceable in your area). If pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
Return pickup charges are applicable as per actuals and must be borne by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the product, you can choose from:
- Refund to Original Payment Method: (minus any shipping charges) credited within 7–10 business days.
- Store Voucher/Coupon Code: for future purchases, issued within 24 hours.
Note: Refunds for COD orders require you to provide bank account details.
Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed.
